Dr. Reji Abhilash

Licensed Psychologist, C-DBT, CCATP, ADHD-CCSP

Dr. Abhilash is a psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, addiction, neuro-degenerative and aging disorders, caregiving burden, and trauma. Her special interests also include ADD, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, TBI, bipolar, and personality disorders. She also offers neurodiversity-affirming care and multicultural competence, especially with Asians / Asian Americans.
 
Dr. Abhilash is a certified DBT therapist, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, and a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional. She also offers neuropsychological evaluations and testing

and following therapy approaches​

She uses an integrative approach tailored to the specific needs of patients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Past four years she also served geriatric patients and their families in the management of neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's and dementia. She also helped the families to overcome the grief associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Abhilash is especially interested to improve the quality of life associated with the care-taking burden of the family.

Dr. Abhilash's expertise includes neuropsychology and aging-associated brain disorders such as dementia. She offers a comprehensive cognitive evaluation to understand the changes in memory and executive functioning. 
 
Dr. Abhilash has published peer-reviewed research articles on the management of addiction and neurodegenerative disorders.
