HealWellMind clinicians are in-network with a variety of insurance plans. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage for the specific services you are seeking, including psychotherapy, neuropsychological evaluations, and neurofeedback.
If you are using out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or self-pay are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the total expected costs for non-emergency services. This will be provided upon request prior to your appointment.

SESSION RATES
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and secure electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service for those not using insurance.
