Dr. Reji Abhilash
Licensed Psychologist, C-DBT, CCATP, ADHD-CCSP
Dr. Abhilash is a psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, addiction, neurodegenerative and aging disorders, ADHD, ADD, PTSD, TBI, and trauma with a focus on how brain activity uniquely drives us. To help her clients, she uses brain mapping and neuropsychological evaluations to get a deeper understanding of underlying brain activities, which are the main drivers of neuropsychological activities. Her special interests also include OCD, bipolar, and personality disorders. She also offers neurodiversity-affirming care and multicultural competence.
In addition to her expertise in neuropsychology and brain mapping, she offers neurofeedback therapy, a non-invasive method, to normalize the abnormal activities of the brain. The abnormal activities within the specific anatomical regions are associated with neuropsychological disorders.

Dr. Abhilash is also an expert in managing aging-associated brain disorders such as dementia. She offers a comprehensive cognitive evaluation to understand the changes in memory and executive functioning.
Past seven years, she has also served geriatric patients and their families in the management of neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia. She also helped the families to overcome the grief associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Abhilash has published peer-reviewed research articles on the management of addiction and neurodegenerative disorders.

They may be struggling with self-acceptance, societal pressures, or a fear of rejection. Whether they are looking to understand their gender identity more clearly, manage mental health struggles, or heal from past experiences, they are committed to the journey of therapy and personal growth.

Robyn Pearson, LCSW-C, LICSW, SAP
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s needs—whether the goal is to unpack long-standing emotional patterns, process grief, or build new coping strategies for present-day stressors. I have a strong background in clinical supervision, program leadership, and crisis intervention. My therapy approach is an active and collaborative process where I help my clients to build resilience, self-compassion, and clarity. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down and reflect on their experiences, identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them. Furthermore, the clients can explore the intersection of personal history, identity, and present challenges and learn the tools and work together to improve their lives using holistic approaches.
